Bruce has been the owner of Beds n Biscuits for the past eight years. In addition to and educational background in business and sales/marketing, Bruce has an established reputation as an avid dog lover. For 27 years he has raised show dogs throughout the country. He is also in demand as a trainer and groomer and is frequently called upon as a groomer/stylist for canine photography. He is very involved in the community and serves on the board of The Learning Source, an adult education and family literacy program based in Lakewood.
Kalah is a Colorado Native. Kalah recently adopted Pepper (a Maltese mix) Before she joined the Beds N Biscuits team, Kalah worked in the Fitness field. She came to Beds N Biscuits for a change of environment and because she wanted to have dogs in her everyday life. When not at Beds N Biscuits, Kalah enjoys raising her four-year old Emeri and One year old Jaylah Jane and spending time with her boyfriend. Kalah enjoys taking pictures and taking Emeri, Jaylah Jane and Pepper to the park.
George grew up in Colorado. George loves the outdoors. He loves to hike and explore in the mountains. He also loves trucks. George likes to take his Explorer and Ranger off- roading. As long as he can remember, George has always loved animals but specifically dogs. At his house he has Athena, a Basenji mix, and Hera, Springer mix. He loves to take his little ladies on long walks before and after work.
Aaron is a Colorado Native dating back to the pioneer days. Aaron’s love of animals has led him to be caretaker of his favorite species, and he has spent the last five years in the dog daycare industry. His love for dogs is only matched by his love for food (a hot plate of lasagna is the way to this man’s heart). For Aaron, bodybuilding is an art – someday his muscles will hopefully prove his greatest masterpiece. Aaron also loves biology, drawing, and criminal justice, and is toying with the idea of school for one of these. If he’s ever having a bad day, Aaron knows he can count on his four-legged clients to make life better. Perhaps he is so successful with dogs because he realizes the truth about humans and dogs alike: at the heart of everything, we all just want to be given Attention, Food, and Love.
Rebeca has been a vital part of the BnB team for 5 years. She lives in Aurora with her husband and dogs and her children. She pampers our small guests with love , attention and soft beds. Before coming to us, Rebeca was employed in the hospital industry and was looking for a change that complemented her love of dogs.
Lacey grew up on a ranch in Evergreen. She has always cared for and loved animals, mainly dogs and horses. In the summer of 2009 Lacey adopted a pit bull named Riley. Lacey does everything with Riley. They both love to go hiking and camping. Riley has been the best dog she has ever owned. Lacey also enjoys visiting her horses on her family ranch in Evergreen.
Michael is originally from Bismarck, North Dakota. He came to Denver for school. He is currently enrolled in Bel-Rea Institute for Veterinary technician. He joined the Beds N Biscuits team to learn more about dog breeds, and behavior hoping to one day be a Vet. tech and a Clinic or Zoo. Michael has spent a lot of time being a Humane Society Volunteer and Interning at 3 different Zoos. He has a Animal Behavior college credit and has a BS in Zoology. On his free time, Michael enjoys reading, hanging out with friends, playing sports and volunteering at Humane Societies, Shelters, Zoos, and Sanctuaries.
Jake is originally from Florida. He moved to Colorado to go to College. He received two fine art degrees. When not at Beds N Biscuits Jake spends his time taking care of chickens. He also loves playing with his three rescued Miniature Pinchers Kaya, Buddy and Foster.
Aaron D grew up in Colorado. He enjoys hanging out with his friends and girlfriend. He loves to go snowboarding on his days off. Aaron has always enjoyed working with dogs.
Larry is currently attending PIMA Medical Institution to become a Vet. Tech. Larry choose his career path because of his love for all animals. His passion for animals goes far beyond any hobby. In Larry’s eyes, when a person is down and out and has nobody, your pet will never leave your side. Your pet is your love Joy and Family. Larry hopes to one day be able to work with exotic animals in a sanctuary or Zoo. When not study and working Larry enjoys spending time with his girlfriend. He and his girlfriend are expecting their first child Summer 2012. Larry is a young, fun and friendly person who is very excited to be a part of the BNB family and serve you and your beloved pet.
